Fred Wissink, a photographer and photo editor, is currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, he moved to Korea in 1999 and has since lived and worked across Asia. In 2006, he dedicated himself to photography full-time.

With his technical expertise, keen eye for detail, and profound grasp of the cultural and business landscape of his adopted home, Fred has rapidly become one of the most in-demand photographers in Vietnam, boasting an expanding client base both regionally and internationally.

2006 – present:

  • Working as professional commercial  photographer in Vietnam.
  • Lead photographer for Marshall Artist Fashion,  AsiaLIFE Magazine

2010:

  • Solo exhibition “Waterstains”, HCMC, Vietnam

1999 – 2005:

  • Working as freelancing photographer in  South Korea & China. Published China Travel Calendar
